How is billing handled?
We handle all billing on a Pay-as-you-Go basis. You deposit funds into your account, and as you use the API, those funds drain from your account. Once you add a credit card to your account, you can see how many funds are currently in your account if you navigate to the Billing page in your Dashboard.
To avoid having a negative balance, we recommend setting up AutoPay. With Auto Pay, your credit card on file charges $X whenever your balance falls below $Y.
Your balance falls below $0; your API access will be disabled until you add more funds to your account and bring your balance above $0.
